Indication:

Helps fight insomnia, increases good mood, muscle performance and energy. Indicated also not to get dizzy on trips and avoid jet-lag. Suitable for vegans.

Precautions:

Not recommended for children. It should not be consumed by pregnant women, nor by those who are being treated with antidepressants or who suffer renal failure.

5-HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophan from standardized extract of Griffonia simplicifolia seed) ............................... ........................ 100 mg

Extract (4: 1) of valerian root powder (Valeriana officinalis) .... 100 mg

Magnesium (oxide, bisglycinate) ............................................ ............ 50 mg

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) ................. 10 mg

Diluent: microcrystalline cellulose; cover of the vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.

Posology:

Take 1-2 capsules a day, between meals, with juice or water or as directed by a specialist.
