ESI Multi B Complex 50 tablets

This food supplement contains a combination of B vitamins in high doses, together with ingredients such as Choline, Inositol, Selenium and Coenzyme Q10. The special formulation allows a gradual dissolution of the tablet.

The vitamins niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, riboflavin, and vitamin B12 aid in normal energy metabolism and reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamins B6, B12, folate and selenium contribute to the healthy functioning of the immune system.

Thiamine aids in the maintenance of normal heart function, mental and nervous system function, and energy metabolism. Selenium protects cells against oxidative stress. Choline is important for normal liver function, homocysteine and lipid metabolism.

It is recommended to take one tablet a day in the morning with enough water.

Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
