The patient is a 52 years old woman who already had problems of hypertension before to come to the hospital. She was admitted on Thursday night at the service of Pneumology of 'La Fe' Hospital , due to respiratory problems.

On Friday, she was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit because worsen their condition and present involvement with viral pneumonia in both lungs. Therefore, they took samples to test for swine flu. This morning the diagnosis was known, which showed that the test results were positive.
