- Two gym sessions a week is not excessive. It is a grueling routine. But the key is to commit oneself has to. The major changes do not happen from one day to another as we would all like, but eventually arrive.
- A healthy mind in a healthy body: People who exercise immediately after studying are more likely to retain the information learned.
- It can help you live longer: Doing just 15 minutes of exercise a day can extend up to three years of life.
- You'll look and feel better: When you commit has to exercise, over time, the body begins to shed fat and gain muscle, then you start to like a bit more than before, people can begin even commend. Who would not like compliments?
I hope these simple arguments will serve to get up off the couch and start to move you.
