"Increased life expectancy is probably the biggest threat facing mankind in the world, even bigger than climate change, " said Thomas Kirkwood, a professor at the Institute for Health Ageing at the University of Newcastle, United Kingdom, the 7 th Global Forum on Life Sciences in Lyon, France.
