ACTION AND MECHANISM:

Spirulina has a lot of simple and complex sugars and vitamins.

Mucilages and proteins are able to absorb large amounts of water, increasing in size and giving rise to a feeling of gastric fullness.

INDICATIONS :

Spirulina is a rich source of macro and micronutrients.

- Treatment of overweight associated with a hypocaloric diet and exercise.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

DOSAGE:

- Adults, oral:

spirulina arkocapsulas: Each capsule contains 300 mg of spirulina stems micronized powder (Spirulina maxima Setch and Garner). Recommended daily doses are 1-2 capsules / 8 hours, up to a maximum of 9 capsules daily.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:

The capsules should be taken orally with a glass of water.
