Pour the contents of the envelope, and 600 ml of cold water in a pot. Stir and bring to a boil. Bake for 15 min. without lid over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until water has been absorbed. Use a knob of butter and a tablespoon of Parmesan to thicken to taste.
