After the success of the first edition, which were distributed over 30,000 copies and was made more than 12,000 downloads from the web, the Federation of Associations of Spain Celiac (FACE) and the Instituto Tomás Pascual Binder have been reissued for affected by celiac disease.

The aim is to provide a document that meets the initial doubts about the disease, offer some guidelines of conduct and a guide to places to go for more information and a personal consultation.

In this new edition has included information on the new labeling regulations, the role of each grain, the difference between tolerance and allergy or celiac recipe for expansion.

FACE wants to reach as many people as possible to their awareness of celiac disease, the suffering or not, and they will distribute 15,000 copies. There are also plans that can be downloaded free on the web www.celiacos.org and www.institutotomaspascual.es, also available to e-book.

Institute President Tomás Pascual, Ricardo Marti Fluxa, stressed the importance of "infant diagnosis, and failure to do so in time can mean problems for years." In Spain, more than 450,000 people suffer this disease, although only 10% are diagnosed.
